Online E-Book Collections from Fintel Library

Fintel Library offers numerous collections of online e-books across a wide range of subject areas to facilitate scholarship, research and study. Most are licensed for simultaneous use by unlimited users, full-text download, and off-line printing. When searching the online catalog, e-books will appear within search results. Cambridge Core
A cross disciplinary database that includes full text access to a host of journal and scholarly online book content.
Ebook Academic Collection (EBSCOhost)
This growing subscription package contains a large selection of multidisciplinary eBook titles representing a broad range of academic subject matter, and is a strong complement for any academic collection. The breadth of information available through this package ensures that users will have access to information relevant to their research needs.
JSTOR Open Book Collection
Users have access to thousands of freely available, open access titles from publishers such as University of California Press, Cornell University Press, NYU Press, and University of Michigan Press. The JSTOR Open collection supports simultaneous use by multiple users, printing, and/or downloading and use offline.
Open Stax (Textbooks)
"OpenStax is a nonprofit educational initiative based at Rice University. ... Using OpenStax is simple! [For faculty] Review the textbook online, and if you decide to use it in your class, let us know. To access faculty-only materials, you can create an OpenStax account and request faculty access. Once we manually verify that you’re an instructor, you will have access to all faculty content. Include the textbook URL in your course materials, and from there, students can choose how they want to view the book.
If you’re a student, simply access the web view, download a PDF, or purchase a hard copy via Amazon or your campus. Even students whose professors have not adopted OpenStax are welcome to use OpenStax textbooks"
Open Textbook Library
"Open textbooks are textbooks that have been funded, published, and licensed to be freely used, adapted, and distributed. These books have been reviewed by faculty from a variety of colleges and universities to assess their quality. These books can be downloaded for no cost, or printed at low cost. All textbooks are either used at multiple higher education institutions; or affiliated with an institution, scholarly society, or professional organization.
The Open Textbook Library is supported by the Center for Open Education and the Open Textbook Network."

Brings together language and subject reference works from one of the world's biggest and most trusted reference publishers into a single cross-searchable resource.
Project Muse
Offers a large collection of online scholarly journals and books in the humanities and social sciences. Resources are available for reading online, printing, and/or downloading and using off-line.
Wiley Online Library
Offers access to thousands of journal articles and 22,000+ online books and major reference works. Subject areas include: Agriculture, Aquaculture & Food Science
