Tips: Try searching the term "anti-temperance" and limiting by date range. Other groups/keywords related to opposition or indifference to the temperance movement: Democratic Party, liquor lobby, Catholic Church, United States Brewers Association. Also try searching for editorials opposing the Anti-Saloon League, Woman's Christian Temperance Union, and blue laws.
