Fintel Library is a "federal depository library". In 1886, it was designated by Congress to provide access to U.S. government publications. All depository material remains the property of the Federal government. As one of the depository libraries in Virginia's 9th congressional district, we are monitored by the University of Virginia's Library which is the "Regional Library" for our state. The public is welcome to our library and library services
